Return Policy

Orders that meet the following criteria will be eligible for a refund:

Product Not As Described

If you are not satisfied with the item you ordered, you may be eligible for a refund if a request is submitted within 3 days of delivery.*

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please contact your bank to find out how long it takes for refunds to be posted.

Wrong Item Shipped

If you have received an incorrect item, please contact our support team with photo evidence. Full refunds will be issued upon further investigation. Or we will send you the correct items.

Defective Product

We monitor the production of our products to ensure strict quality control. However, if your item has a defect that prevents it from working correctly, you may be entitled to a refund if submitted within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us with photo/video proof to process your refund.

Products under any kind of wear or tear, or from improper use, will not qualify for a refund.

Lost In Transit

If your order is still in transit and it has exceeded 5 weeks, your order may be lost in transit by the shipping carrier. Contact us after 5 weeks from the ship date to receive a full refund.
